Before feedback credits are used
If a payment is duplicated, made in error, or credits are not added after a successful payment, contact us promptly on WhatsApp at 8718990943 with the payment details. We will verify the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
After credits are used
Once question-answer feedback has been delivered using paid credits, the corresponding service is treated as delivered and is generally not refundable.
Cancellation
You may choose not to purchase further credits at any time. There is no automatic recurring subscription in the current plan.
