Information we use
We use the Telegram details and answer material you submit only to provide question-answer feedback, manage your credits and respond to support requests.
Feedback reports
Each feedback report is available through a private, randomly generated link. Reports are retained for a limited period so you can reopen them. We do not publish student answers or feedback publicly.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or banking credentials. After a successful payment, Razorpay may provide the payer’s mobile number to us through its secure payment notification. We use it only for payment support and service delivery.
Marketing
We will not use your payment contact number for promotional WhatsApp or SMS messages unless you separately opt in.
